ATTENTION FPU Propane Customers
Important Reminder to Fill Your Tank Before It's Empty!

At Florida Public Utilities, we are actively monitoring the Coronavirus Pandemic that is impacting our service territories.

As the situation progresses, Florida Public Utilities could experience restrictions to our delivery and service operations.

Safety is our top priority for you, your family, and our employees.

As an added precaution, we are asking for your support by monitoring your propane tank level to ensure that your tank is not getting low. Many families have needed to change their routines and are spending more time at home. This could increase the amount of propane you are consuming, which may not be detected by our forecasting system for deliveries. If you find that your tank reads 25% or below, please contact us to request a delivery. We will make every effort to expedite this request.

Customers can call their local propane office, or email Customer Service:

Hernando; Newberry; Winter Haven Customers, Email: FPUPropane-WF@chpk.com
Lantana Customers, Email: FPUPropane-WPB@chpk.com
Fernandina Beach Customers, Email: FPUPropane-FB@chpk.com
Marianna Customers, Email: FPUPropane-MA@chpk.com
Okeechobee; Clewiston Customers, Email: FPUPropane-LKO@chpk.com

In the event your propane tank runs out of gas, Florida Public Utilities is required to enter your home to conduct a safety check prior to restoring your service. If we are unable to enter your home to conduct a safety check of your propane system, your propane service could be interrupted for an undetermined period of time.

We appreciate your business and thank you for allowing Florida Public Utilities to deliver all your propane needs.

Sincerely,

FPU-Logo-Color
